I'm slowly scrapbooking our lovely Med cruise from last October (was there this time last year - sigh)
This layout came about because I have several pads of gorgeous K & Co papers that mix & match, and have been used on other scrapbook pages. I keep all my offcuts tucked inside the original pad in an A4 cello bag, so I can always find then
The scalloped borders were punched from leftover strips using a Martha Stewart deep punch (Daisy I think). The photo mats, letters and one flourish came from offcuts of toning Bazzill card. The final flourish from a snippet of gold mirri
So this one has to be linked to Pixies Snippets Playground, cos the embellishments were a veritable raid in the snippet box!
Happy crafting peeps :-)
Bet you enjoyed that cruise and it is nice that you are scrapping it. Very nice indeed. Way to use the snippet box!!!
ReplyDeleteFab page, great way to recall memories and use snippets x
ReplyDeleteA beautiful layout Deb. At least you can re-live your time over and take your mind off the wet weather we have here, lol. Lynn x
ReplyDeleteI'm sure lots of wonderful memories are locked inside this pretty layout! I love those fancy borders!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful way to remember this day, Debs!
ReplyDeleteLucky you to have been able to visit Venice and have all these lovely memories which you have displayed so beautifully. Love that deep MS punch. Absolutely perfect on your layout with the pretty flourish trims. TFS
ReplyDeleteFabulous layout Debs, and such a lovely way to preserve special memories - great photos too!

Wonderful layout Deb! Love that gorgeous deep punch from Martha...that girl designs great punches!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to keep the snippets dinside the paper pad. I do that too...otherwise I can't remember which Co makes it! Occasionall one escapes though and then i am stuck to list it! lol
Scrapbooking sure produces snippets...I scarapbooktoo...just have an intensely private family who won't let me show their photos...drat! But I have a filing box full of toning snippets that will keep me stocked for the rest of my life it seems!
Hi Debs .. . fab scrapbook page. Looks like you had fun.
