Woyww

Bit tidier desk this week (only cos I'm not showing the right hand side lol)

Front & centre a Simple Stories scrapbook I'm working on, with a storage box to the right with extra page protectors, paper etc. centre back is my blue tin with all my Simple Stories/ Project Life card inserts - I tend to mix & match from different kits & brands. Found some Project Life Birthday insert cards half price in Hobbycraft recently!

I've already made a Simple Stories scrapbook of Barney Cat, and enjoyed it. Decided to make a second for all those individual days over the past year or so that don't fit into a theme,  a kind of 'year in the life' scrapbook. Still a WIP!

Above the scrapbook is a men's card I've just finished, which the eagle eyed will notice was sat as a stamped image only on my desk last week!

Off to link up with the other Deskers via desk mistress Julia, and hope to get round more desks this week

Thanks for stopping by

  1. Aha, a half price pl life pack would be all I need to tip me into something similar I suspect, I do like the idea, just never quite get my act together, super impressed that you're going for it, love your idea. I did a '12 of 16' album for DDs sixteenth year, that was fun, but I do like your idea of the non theme-able pics. After all, they are just as important!

  2. Lovely ideas here. Have had a peek around - and realised where you are - so nearly bought a house in Chandler's Ford many years ago when hubby worked down that way...
    Take care. God bless.

  7. Lovely pages, Debs. Thanks for your visit and your nice comment. My hubby's tooth is now out and he coped with supper OK! He's a bit exhausted - reaction I expect, poor thing. Mum is OK but has several things wrong with her, which is only to be expected at her age (93).

  10. Hi Debs,
I agree with Darnell - I clicked on the photo in the hopes of making it bigger and it didn't, darn it.

I like the ledge you have at the back of your desk. I don't think I'd get away with having one because of where my desk is. I found a wire rack that I plan to spray paint white and mount on the side of the bookshelves! I'm excited about that.

Thank you for visiting me earlier. I'm later than what I expected.....
    Happy WOYWW
