WOYWW

I've been away from blogland for the last couple of weeks, as I've been spending all
My time getting out house up together ready to go on the market for sale. 14 years of accumulated clutter had to be sorted (still not finished!!!)

Told Agents not to bother photographing my craft room lol!! But here it is for my WOYWW friends :-)  If you want to join in the desk hop, check out Julia's blog here

I;m in the middle of sorting materials and kits for a class next week (trying to keep ahead of myself for a change!) so you can see a pile of papers, stamps and card candi in the little boxes. At the bottom of the pic is a cute little butterfly notebook given to me by my sis-in-law.

I will be checking out desks later, but realistically it will probably be the weekend before I get to see them - in the meantime, to anyone affected by the Oklahoma tornado, know that there are many of us thinking of you and hoping that you and your families are safe - the devastation this caused is heart-wrenching, and you are in our thoughts

thanks for stopping by

Debs xx

  1. You are the third person I've read about who is on the throes of moving! The very thought makes me shudder at the moment...we've been in our house for 16 years and I hope to be here for a good deal longer :-) are you going far?
    Hugs, LLJ 40 xxxx

  2. Like Jan, I shudder at the thought of moving! Last time we did, 15 years ago, we only moved 200 yards up the road- and I still lost two boxes of stuff! Hows that happen? Good luck with yours, have a great week, hugs Shaz #125 xx

  8. Hi Debs,

Good luck with the sale!! I just took my little condo off the market as I didn't have a nibble. Trying to keep it "show perfect" was a challenge!!!

  10. Busy looking desk. I can't imagine having to get everything straightened away here to sell the house. We have been here 26 years now and it is a mess on good days. Thanks for visiting my desk. Good luck with the sale. Vickie #26

  13. You need to sell your house to a fellow crafter and they'll just buy your craft room lock, stock and barrel! Then you won't ever have to pack and you can start a whole new stash. Good luck with the move.

    Happy belated WOYWW,
    Cheers, Rachel #65

  14. Ooh good luck for the move! I love your wrap-around desk - it is the same as my computer desk at work!! (Wonder if they'd notice if I took it home??) Thanks for stopping by! Sand #155

  15. That is a sweet little butterfly notebook gracing the desk view today, Debs! Continued good luck with sorting, keeping the house in shape for the agents to bring buyers through (ugh), and with selling quickly!

Thank you for beating me on the visits this week. Sadly, I have to report the baby birds are now gone. Just vanished while I was away at a luncheon. I know it's the way of nature, but it broke my heart.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your week! Darnell #64

  16. Ugh, I hate moving, but it is a great time to purge unused items. OK, I am asking my WOYWW folks to rally behind me and I truly need your support. I am in a contest and the voting ends today so it's now or never. PLEASE go vote for me ( the camera )....yes, I am begging, lol http://www.genuinelyjanestudios.com/genuinelyblog/gjs-design-a-book-contest-top-three-finalists-announced/
